Comments: It’s not home without fur-kids. If you have a furry family member, we’re a pet friendly community! Our Pet Policy is as follows: 2 pets allowed per home, a pet deposit of $300 per pet, a one-time pet fee of $300.00 and $30 a month pet rent. Please contact the leasing office for additional details. Exotic animals of all kinds, and animals in cages are prohibited. The following dog breeds are restricted: Akita, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Huskies, Malamutes, Mastiffs, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Wolf hybrid. Additionally, any combination of the above breeds, or any of the above breeds mixed with a non-restricted breed are not permitted in our multifamily communities.
Restrictions: Breed Restrictions Apply. Akita, Husky, Chow, Malamute, Mastiff, German Shepard, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Dogo Argentino, Tosa (Tosa Inu), American Staffordshire Terrier, Canary Dog (Presa Canario), Fila Brasileiro (Brazilian Mastiff), Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Presa Mallorquin (ca de Bou), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrids or any breed with dominant traits of aggression.
